About Me

Your Guide to a Free, Embodied Voice

I’m Judith Westerveld — voice liberation coach, singer, songwriter, and psychosomatic therapist.

A few years ago I made one of the biggest decisions of my life: sold everything,  and moved with my two daughters from the Netherlands to the far north of Sweden. All because a persistent voice inside of me kept telling me that my life needed to become wider, truer, freer.

Here, surrounded by silence, wilderness, and the space only nature brings, my voice came home and I have found the freedom I have been longing for my entire life. Not only

And now I help others to also set themselves free from what is holding them back, by using the voice and music as a tool.

I believe your voice is the bridge between your inner world and your outer life. When your voice opens, you open.

My work is for you if:

- You feel your voice is held back or stuck

- You feel that little whisper inside of you and want to allow it to lead you

- You want clarity, confidence, or emotional freedom

- You’re ready to break free from the survival patterns that keep you stuck

My approach:

I believe that singing and music is not therapy, but it sure is therapeutic. Your voice will tell you what is hidden beneath the surface, if you know how to listen. Through singing we work on releasing old survival patterns and inner blocks.

My work weaves together music, embodiment, trauma-informed voicework, and deep inner listening. All rooted in an evidence based and grounded approach, staying true to my own roots as an occupational therapist.
